Large-scale study confirms the presence of undetected consciousness in severe brain injuries
The McDonnell Consortium publishes the results of the largest-ever study of cognitive-motor dissociation, revealing that nearly a quarter of severe brain injury patients tested by the Coma Science Group (GIGA Institute) show signs of consciousness.
